Most of public transportation will be back on March 15th.

Unfortunatelly, not really. It is said the aftershock can last from a few days to several monthes or more. There may be forcast of "possibility" of aftershock but it is not very acculate.

But the only thing I can say for sure is "You always need to be prepared for earthquake.
